An Absolute Must! This class is designed to prepare your body for what’s to come throughout the week. It should be noted that stabilization training must be done before strength and power training. Research has shown that inefficient stabilization can negatively affect the way force is produced by the muscles, increase stress at the joints, overload soft tissues and eventually cause injury. In this class our main focus is to realign your body, build stabilization muscles through a controlled and unstable environment. You will be taken through a series of controlled yet unstable exercises that will force your body to recruit more muscles to stabilize itself which in turn burns more calories.
